Develop, implement, and continuously improve site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and emergency response plans. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive action implementation for safety, quality, or operational events. Plan and coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders (Ravago leadership, Customer, Operations Team, contractors) to review performance, address issues, and align on priorities. Support capital project execution at the site as needed, partnering with the P2Z Project Team on equipment receiving, installation, and operational readiness activities. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
