Position: Facility Administrator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Administrator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The Facility Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment for our employees. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning. - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary repairs or maintenance work. - Maintain a safe and secure work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols. - Handle employee requests and complaints related to office facilities. - Plan and execute office events and activities. - Assist with office moves and renovations as needed. - Keep track of facility expenses and maintain budgetary guidelines. - Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers and vendors. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facility management.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software. - Knowledge of safety and security protocols. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Location: This position is based in Cairo, Egypt.

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
