Position: IT Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven leadership skills to guide our IT team in delivering high-quality services and support to our clients. The IT Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.

- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

- Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.

- Manage and track IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company is utilizing the most up-to-date and effective tools and systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems, including networking, hardware, and software.

- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Location and Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cairo, Egypt. The IT Team Leader will report to the IT Manager and work closely with other departments to support the company's operations. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
