The posting

What will you do?

  1. Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  2. Proposes training and development programs and objectives
  3. Create testing and evaluation processes to support sustainable development.
  4. Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructor and monitor progress of training team and training programs.
  5. Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, role play.
  6. Responsible for fulfilling the operation training part in the capacity planning.
  7. Responsible for the hiring and training required operational training staff.
  8. Ensures Trainers and senior trainers and adequately trained and assessed to fulfill their duties with the highest quality
  9. Responsible for annual review of training processes & provide recommendations for process optimization to the training manager
  10. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  11. Handles any client interactions/escalations to reach the highest level of client satisfaction

Qualifications Needed:

  • Management Experince from 3 to 5 years.
  • Experienced in BPO industry.
  • B2 English profile.
