Depuis plus 40 ans, RBM Electricité réalise des projets dans la dans les domaines de l’électricité, des télécommunications et des énergies renouvelables. Pour renforcer notre équipe de St\-Aubin, nous recherchons un\-e chef de chantier prêt\-e à s’investir dans des projets variés et à travailler au quotidien avec nos équipes et nos clients.

Rôle et responsabilités

En votre qualité de chef de chantier, vous êtes :

  • Responsable de l’organisation, de la coordination et du suivi des chantiers d’installations électriques.
  • Vous encadrez les équipes sur le terrain, répartissez les tâches et veillez à la qualité d’exécution, au respect des délais ainsi qu’au bon déroulement des travaux.
  • En étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet, vous adaptez les plans et schémas techniques aux réalités du chantier, établissez les métrés et les bons de régie, et participez aux séances de chantier.
  • Vous assurez également l’anticipation et la coordination des besoins en matériel afin de garantir une exécution efficace des travaux.
  • Interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients, vous entretenez une relation de confiance et veillez à leur satisfaction tout au long des projets.
  • Ce poste à plein temps implique une présence régulière sur nos chantiers dans la région.

A propos de vous

* CFC d’installateur\-électricien, idéalement complété par un diplôme de chef de chantier, ou plusieurs années d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.

* Leadership naturel, avec le sens des responsabilités et la capacité à encadrer, motiver et faire avancer une équipe.

* Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, autonomie et aisance dans la coordination de plusieurs tâches.

* sens de la communication et facilité à collaborer avec les clients et les différents intervenants du chantier.

* Esprit pragmatique, flexibilité et capacité à trouver des solutions adaptées aux situations rencontrées.

* Bonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
