The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique au sein du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst Paiement pour participer activement au respect et à l’application de la réglementation sur les paiements

Missions principales :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers liés aux paiements et au cash management.
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, processus métiers, règles de gestion et mappings de données.
  • Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métier, opérations, architecture, développement, tests et support de production.
  • Définir et piloter les campagnes de tests (fonctionnels, intégration, UAT) et assurer le suivi des anomalies.
  • Accompagner les activités de change management, release management et les mises en production.
  • Participer à la résolution des incidents de production, aux analyses de causes racines et aux investigations de données.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations bancaires, des standards de paiement et des exigences de gouvernance.

Profil :

  • Expérience de plus de 10 ans en tant que Business Analyst dans le secteur bancaire et les paiements.
  • Excellente connaissance des paiements internationaux, Instant Payments, SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT), TARGET2 (T2), SWIFT et ISO 20022.
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes de traitement des paiements et des flux de cash management.
  • Connaissance des contrôles AML appliqués aux processus de paiement.
  • Solides compétences en analyse fonctionnelle, intégration de systèmes et gestion des tests.
  • Maîtrise de SQL pour l'analyse de données et les investigations fonctionnelles ; connaissance des formats XML.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques.
  • Français et anglais professionnels.
