Seu desafio no time:

Você liderará a estratégia e a evolução da Cloud Foundation da RD Station, garantindo uma base de infraestrutura padronizada, segura, escalável e economicamente sustentável para os times de Engenharia. O desafio será transformar recursos de cloud em serviços, padrões e componentes reutilizáveis para a organização, considerando ambientes em GCP, AWS e OCI.

Suas principais entregas:

  • Liderar a estratégia de Cloud, definindo visão, arquitetura-alvo, prioridades e roadmap para GCP, AWS e OCI.
  • Gerir e desenvolver o time de Engenharia responsável pela infraestrutura de cloud, promovendo autonomia, clareza de ownership e excelência de execução.
  • Evoluir a fundação de cloud, estabelecendo padrões para organizações, contas, projetos, redes, DNS, identidade, acessos, quotas, políticas, serviços compartilhados e segregação de ambientes.
  • Ampliar a automação e o uso de Infrastructure as Code, disponibilizando componentes padronizados e capacidades self-service para os times de Engenharia.
  • Aumentar a resiliência e a eficiência técnica e econômica da infraestrutura compartilhada, em parceria com Engenharia, Arquitetura, Cibersegurança e Cloud FinOps.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência liderando times de Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering ou áreas equivalentes em ambientes de escala.
  • Experiência relevante com GCP, incluindo arquitetura, governança, operação e evolução de ambientes de produção.
  • Experiência com AWS e desenho de arquiteturas multi-cloud ou híbridas, considerando a distribuição de workloads e serviços entre provedores.
  • Experiência com Kubernetes em produção, preferencialmente GKE e EKS, e com plataformas de containers utilizadas por múltiplos produtos.
  • Conhecimento sólido de Infrastructure as Code e automação de infraestrutura, especialmente Terraform, incluindo módulos, padrões reutilizáveis e fluxos de provisionamento em escala.

Será considerado um diferencial

  • Experiência com Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), especialmente em cenários de adoção, migração ou operação multi-cloud.
  • Experiência prévia em DevOps ou Platform Engineering, com atuação direta em plataformas internas de desenvolvimento.
  • Certificações relevantes em GCP, AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Terraform ou FinOps.
  • Conhecimento de Crossplane, GitOps ou outras abordagens declarativas para exposição de capacidades de infraestrutura por meio de uma plataforma interna.
  • Vivência com eficiência econômica de cloud, incluindo rightsizing, compromissos de uso, modelos de cobrança, egress, storage e gestão de capacidade.
