Who we are looking for

The Quality & Training Analyst is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities required to maintain Tekna's quality system and ensure the organization operates in compliance with it, while also serving as a key resource for training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements. This hybrid role blends technical quality assurance execution with hands-on training delivery, ensuring that quality knowledge and standards are effectively transferred to the production floor.

What you'll get to do:

Keep Our Quality System Running Strong

You'll play a hands-on role in making sure our products meet the highest standards, including:

  • Signing off on Device History Records (DHRs) to confirm each lot meets specificiations
  • Keeping our document control and quality system organized, up to date, and audit-ready
  • Calibrating inspection and production equipment to keep everything running accurately
  • Stepping in to support incoming inspection when extra hands are needed
  • Monitoring production testing and tracking defects to catch issues early
  • Leading internal audits to help us continuously improve
  • Digging into complaints, nonconformities, and corrective actions; helping investigate, document, and resolve issues as they come up
  • Supporting external and supplier audits as needed

Help Build a Culture of Quality Through Training

You won't just maintain the quality system; you'll help bring it to life for the whole team:

  • Design and deliver engaging training on quality standards, procedures, and compliance topics for employees across the organization
  • Create clear, practical training materials — think job aids, visual work instructions, and presentations — that turn complex quality requirements into guidance people can actually use on the floor
  • Lead onboarding and refresher sessions covering document control, lot signoff, calibration, and defect identification
  • Keep training records accurate and current, tracking completions and certifications in line with Tekna's quality system
  • Team up with Production and Quality leadership to spot training gaps and build targeted solutions that help reduce quality escapes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve how we train — through observation, testing, and performance metrics — so our training keeps getting better
  • Device History Record (DHR) Lot Signoff: Ensuring device history record is complete and acceptable for finished products
  • Document Control, Quality System Maintenance & Training: maintain updates, ensures documents and records are current and accessible. Ensures training is current for released procedures.
  • Confirming Calibration of inspection and production equipment is completed as appropriate to provide accurate results
  • Incoming inspection backup when needed
  • Production testing and defect monitoring
  • Internal Auditing
  • Assist as necessary with the investigation, actions, and documentation of complaints, nonconformities, corrective actions, and returns
  • Assist with external and supplier audits as needed

  • Proficiency, or willingness to develop, with software programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present technical quality concepts in an accessible way to production staff
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer expectations and impact to Tekna
  • Self-starter with an analytical mindset
  • Commitment to finding objective solutions through data and process improvement
  • Comfort and confidence facilitating group training sessions on the production floor

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
