Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Unser Team verantwortet eine der drei wichtigsten Plattformen für unsere Vertriebsprozesse. Dabei geht es nicht nur um den Betrieb, sondern um die kontinuierliche technische und funktionale Weiterentwicklung.

Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass Salesforce stabil, performant und sicher läuft – und jeden Tag ein Stück besser wird.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du analysierst Incidents, priorisierst sie gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Du identifizierst Probleme frühzeitig durch Monitoring und Performance-Analysen – bevor sie zum Incident werden
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Salesforce-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter und bringst eigene Ideen ein
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern findest du pragmatische Lösungen – auch über Salesforce hinaus
  • Du begleitest Deployments, Tests und Dokumentationen und sorgst für eine hohe technische Qualität

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Salesforce Entwickler:in oder Technical Admin (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud und Agentforce) mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in der Prozessautomatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Incidents, Root‑Cause‑Analysis und stabilen Betriebsprozessen
  • Know-how in Monitoring, Performance‑Analyse und Salesforce Limits sowie DevOps und Deployments
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Lust, Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, auch mit nicht‑technischen Stakeholdern
  • Nice-to-have: Salesforce Zertifizierungen (Platform Developer I/II, Admin) und Grundkenntnisse in SAP sind ein Plus, kein Muss
