Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Farmácia para integrar nossa equipe em São Paulo/SP. Esse profissional será responsável por apoiar as rotinas operacionais da Farmácia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o recebimento e a conferência de materiais e medicamentos entregues pelos fornecedores, verificando as informações e condições dos produtos;Efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais de materiais e medicamentos no sistema;Realizar o fracionamento e a etiquetagem dos medicamentos, assegurando a identificação adequada;Executar o armazenamento dos medicamentos conforme os procedimentos internos;Separar e dispensar materiais e medicamentos de acordo com as necessidades dos pacientes e as prescrições devidamente liberadas pelo setor assistencial;Realizar a dupla checagem das dispensações, contribuindo para a segurança e a qualidade do atendimento;Auxiliar na reposição e organização das maletas de enfermagem, plantão e ambulância;Manter o estoque de materiais e medicamentos organizado, observando a ordem alfabética e os prazos de validade;Auxiliar no controle físico do estoque, identificando necessidades de reposição;Apoiar as compras extras emergenciais destinadas ao atendimento dos pacientes;Realizar os processos de devolução de materiais e medicamentos provenientes dos atendimentos domiciliares;Apoiar a execução dos procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e demais processos internos da Farmácia;
