Role Overview:

The Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training experiences to clients utilizing OneSite. This includes facilitating virtual sessions, developing high-quality training materials, and guiding clients through adoption and onboarding processes. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to supporting client success. The Trainer contributes to team initiatives and special projects, helping ensure smooth adoption for all users. This remote position demands adaptability, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities: Conduct client-facing training sessions for internal and external end-users. This can include webinars, virtual live training, in-person live training, and workshop training. * Prepare training materials & reuseable assets for shared internal use, including training scripts & facilitation guides, PowerPoint presentations, FAQ documents, tutorials, and instructional learning resources Participate in special projects and team initiatives. Review and implement feedback from peers and managers. Ensure Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSATs) meet expectations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and existing RealPage products and features to ensure effective customer adoption and training delivery. Perform various ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, supporting team objectives and adapting to evolving business needs. Demonstrate mastery of assigned product certifications to support training delivery and maintain subject matter expertise

Qualifications

  • QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge/skills/abilities: (List the concepts, capabilities developed through training, and innate traits and talents that a person brings to a task or situation) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite, SnagIt, Zoom, Smartsheet Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage, energize, and effectively facilitate learning in a virtual or in-person classroom setting. Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: This is a remote position that requires the ability to work effectively from a home or office environment. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including extensive use of video conferencing and digital communication tools. Must be able to lift and carry up to 10+ pounds occasionally (e.g., transporting materials or equipment during travel). Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different US time zones and travel schedules. Must be able to adapt to changing work environments and maintain productivity while traveling.
