Willkommen bei Rebike Mobility – Deutschlands Nr. 1 im Recommerce für E-Bikes. Seit 2018 geben wir gebrauchten E-Bikes ein zweites Leben und betreiben Europas größtes, modernstes Refurbishment-Zentrum im schönen Allgäu. Mit rund 200 Rebikern treiben wir die Mobilitätswende, den Klimaschutz und die Ressourcenschonung voran. Für unseren Store-in-Store in Berlin (Decathlon) suchen wir dich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im E-Bike-Store in Vollzeit.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden in deutscher und ggf. englischer Sprache
  • Bike-Einweisung und Bike-Rücknahme
  • Administrative Aufgaben im Tagegeschäft
  • Aufbereitung der E-Bikes und Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen
  • Unterstützung der Store Manager:in bei der Büroorganisation und der Ablage

Dein Profil:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, Service oder in der Beratung
  • Sales im Blut – du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse sofort und findest die perfekte Lösung
  • Service-Herz – du empfängst Kunden so, dass sie sich wohlfühlen und gern wiederkommen
  • Fahrrad-Affinität – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit E-Bikes
  • Technisches Verständnis – Schrauben und kleine Handgriffe sind für dich kein Problem
  • Körperliche Fitness – genug Grundpower für Probefahrten und den Umgang mit schwereren E-Bikes
