Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Contábil para apoiar as rotinas contábeis das empresas do grupo, atuando em conciliações, conferências e elaboração de informações que contribuam para a qualidade dos registros, cumprimento dos prazos de fechamento e suporte à tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades

Você será responsável por:

  • Realizar conciliações contábeis, conferindo saldos, lançamentos e relatórios para apoiar o fechamento mensal;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e conferência de relatórios e informações contábeis;
  • Capturar e conferir notas fiscais de entrada, garantindo o correto direcionamento para contabilização;
  • Dar suporte às demandas da área Contábil, participando de projetos, reuniões e atividades relacionadas à melhoria dos processos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência na área Contábil;
  • Conhecimento em conciliações contábeis e rotinas de fechamento;
  • Uso com Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Outlook, Teams e Excel, além de conhecimento sobre ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e interesse em sua aplicação para produtividade, análise de informações e otimização das rotinas contábeis.
