Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Contábil será responsável por apoiar as rotinas do departamento, contribuindo para a correta execução dos processos e cumprimento dos prazos.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar nas rotinas de escrituração e classificação contábil;
  • Realizar lançamentos contábeis e conciliações de contas;
  • Auxiliar na conferência de documentos fiscais e contábeis;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e conferência de balancetes e demonstrações contábeis;
  • Realizar conciliação bancária e de contas patrimoniais;
  • Auxiliar na apuração e conferência de informações para fechamento contábil;
  • Apoiar na organização e controle de documentos e arquivos contábeis;
  • Auxiliar no atendimento às demandas internas e de clientes;
  • Apoiar o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias e dos prazos do departamento;
  • Executar demais atividades relacionadas à área contábil.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Conhecimento básico em contabilidade e legislação contábil;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Buscamos alguém que tenha:

  • Experiência anterior em escritório de contabilidade;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas contábeis;
  • Experiência com conciliação contábil e fechamento de empresas;
  • Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias.
