Estamos em busca de um(a) Recepcionista para atuar no atendimento e acolhimento de clientes no showroom, identificando suas necessidades, direcionando-os ao Consultor de Vendas adequado e apoiando a equipe comercial para garantir agilidade e uma experiência positiva desde o primeiro contato.

Responsabilidades Você será responsável por:

  • Recepcionar e atender clientes de forma cordial e profissional, identificando suas necessidades e direcionando-os ao Consultor de Vendas adequado;
  • Realizar o cadastro e atualização das informações dos clientes no CRM, garantindo o correto registro dos atendimentos;
  • Realizar contatos de acompanhamento pós-visita, por ligação ou WhatsApp, em até 1 hora após a saída do cliente da loja, buscando compreender sua experiência, identificar oportunidades de negociação, propostas recebidas da concorrência e possíveis motivos que impediram o fechamento da venda;
  • Registrar as informações obtidas nos contatos pós-visita no CRM e compartilhar oportunidades identificadas com a equipe comercial, contribuindo para a retomada das negociações;
  • Acompanhar a organização e apresentação do showroom, acionando as áreas responsáveis quando necessário;
  • Apoiar a equipe comercial durante ações, campanhas e demais demandas de atendimento ao cliente;
  • Apoiar a equipe de Pré-Vendas (SDR), sempre que necessário, nas atividades de atendimento, contato e acompanhamento de clientes, atualização de informações no CRM e demais demandas operacionais, contribuindo para a agilidade dos processos e o alcance dos resultados comerciais.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo ou Superior cursando em Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, sendo vivência no segmento automotivo um diferencial;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em horários flexíveis, incluindo feirões e ações comerciais;
  • Conhecimento em Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Outlook e Teams;
  • Desejável interesse e familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à produtividade e às atividades de atendimento.
