Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Zentrale Steuerungs- und Koordinationsfunktion am Logistikstandort mit Fokus auf Bestandsgenauigkeit
  • Analyse von Bestandsabweichungen sowie Identifikation von Ursachen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung, Überwachung und Optimierung relevanter Bestandskennzahlen (z. B. Inventurdifferenzen, Lagergenauigkeit, Buchungsqualität)
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten und SLA-konformen Auftrags- und Bestandsabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Operations Management, Transport und Customer Service zur Sicherstellung korrekter Bestände
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandsanalysen sowie Unterstützung und Koordination von Inventuren
  • Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Bestandsqualität
  • Unterstützung im Leitstand (Flow Management), insbesondere bei Engpässen, Priorisierung und Störungsmanagement
  • Analyse von Leistungs-, Durchsatz- und Prozessdaten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie IT-Systemen (z. B. WMS)
  • Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen für interne und externe Stakeholder

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene logistische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Bestandsmanagement oder Logistikkoordination von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in WMS- und/oder TMS-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Reports und Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Abweichungen und der Ableitung wirksamer Maßnahmen
  • Hohes Prozessverständnis in der Lager- und Distributionslogistik
  • Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck fundierte Priorisierungsentscheidungen zu treffen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen im operativen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
