Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Du übernimmst die eigenständige HR-Betreuung unserer Standorte Nettetal und Düsseldorf und bist für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte die zentrale Ansprechperson entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles. Gleichzeitig entwickelst du unsere HR-Prozesse weiter, bringst Personio voran und baust gemeinsam mit dem HR-Team einheitliche Standards für unsere wachsende Organisation auf.

  • Operative HR-Betreuung • Eigenständige Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte an den Standorten Nettetal und Düsseldorf – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt • Beratung und Unterstützung bei personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen • Begleitung und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen, On- und Offboarding sowie weiteren HR-Prozessen • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Personaladministration und hoher Datenqualität
  • HR-Prozesse & Digitalisierung • Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung bestehender HR-Prozesse • Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR-Abläufe und Betreuung von Personio als Key User • Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen • Aufbau und Dokumentation einheitlicher HR-Standards
  • Projekte & Standortentwicklung • Eigenständige Umsetzung und Begleitung definierter HR-Projekte • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Integration neuer Standorte • Weiterentwicklung und Übertragung bestehender HR-Standards auf weitere Standorte

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige (3+) Erfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld, z. B. als HR-Generalist:in, Personalreferent:in oder HR Business Partner:in – idealerweise in einem mittelständischen, standortgeprägten Umfeld
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie Routine im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen HR-Systemen (z.B. Personio)
  • Erfahrung darin, HR-Prozesse zu analysieren, zu verbessern und praxistauglich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Beratungskompetenz, Fingerspitzengefühl und ein souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und verbindlichem Auftreten
  • Lust auf Standortnähe und operative Verantwortung sowie die Bereitschaft, unsere Standorte Nettetal, Düsseldorf und perspektivisch auch weitere zu betreuen
