Jouw baan als Commercieel Medewerker bij RECO

Als Commercieel Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten. Word je gebeld met een verzoek voor een verhuuraanvraag? Dan zorg jij wel dat het geregeld wordt! Van het verwerken in ons CRM-systeem tot aan het regelen van het transport met de transportplanner, after-sales en het afhandelen van schades.

Klanten waarderen jou om je passende adviezen

Weet de klant nog niet zeker welk materieel hij het beste kan huren? Dan vertel jij hem er alles over zodat hij de juiste beslissing kan maken. En als jij het ook niet weet? Dan helpt één van je gespecialiseerde collega’s, om tot het beste advies te komen.

Relatiebeheer: blij maken van vaste klanten

Je zult merken dat RECO veel vaste klanten heeft waarmee we een jarenlange samenwerking hebben. Relatiebeheer vinden wij daarom heel belangrijk. Net als service, kwaliteit en flexibiliteit. Jij onderhoudt het contact met onze vaste klanten en nodigt ze bij ons uit om samenwerkingen uit te breiden. Kortom; een uitdagende salesfunctie op onze binnendienst, waarbij je van A tot Z betrokken bent bij onze verhuurorders en de vrijheid krijgt om zelf je eigen klanten te beheren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Van aanpakken weet en goed prioriteiten kunt stellen;
  • Je beschikt over MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Snel kunt schakelen, vanwege de dynamische werkzaamheden die bij de functie horen;
  • Een servicegerichte, maar ook een commerciële instelling hebt;
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht bent;
  • Interesse of ervaring hebt in de bouwbranche of de verhuur van materieel.
