The posting

Als Manager IT ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de koers en uitvoering van het IT/Digital beleid binnen de RECO bedrijven. Je zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en toekomstbestendige IT-omgeving (de "run") én breng je digitalisering binnen RECO vooruit (de "change"). Je rapporteert aan de CCO, maar schakelt moeiteloos met de directie zodra digitalisering daarom vraagt.

Wat ga je doen als Manager IT/Digital bij RECO?

Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega’s van de verschillende afdelingen binnen RECO. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan een professioneel team van IT specialisten en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance en Operatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

✅ IT- landschap en infrastructuur

· Zorgen voor een stabiele, veilige en schaalbare IT-infrastructuur en applicatielandschap.

· Visie ontwikkelen en bewaken op de architectuur en performance van de IT-stack: systemen, netwerk, cloud en onderlinge integraties.

· Roadmap opstellen en uitvoeren met rationalisatie van bestaande applicaties en migraties naar nieuwe platformen

· IT-serviceniveaus bewaken (beschikbaarheid, incidenten, changes) en continu verbeteren.

· Vendormanagement: leveranciers selecteren, contracteren en aansturen op prestaties, kosten en naleving van afspraken.

✅ IT security

· Informatiebeveiligingsbeleid opstellen, actueel houden en bewaken, inclusief naleving van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. AVG, NIS2).

· Cybersecurity-risico's signaleren en passende maatregelen treffen (patchbeleid, toegangsbeheer, bewustwording).

· Coördineren van de aanpak bij beveiligingsincidenten.

✅ Digitalisering en strategie

· IT/digitaliseringsstrategie ontwikkelen en koppelen aan de bedrijfsdoelen van RECO.

· Investeringskeuzes onderbouwen en voorleggen

· Draagvlak creëren voor digitalisering in de organisatie,

· De technische fundering leggen voor agentic AI-oplossingen: betrouwbare datastromen, een ontsloten datawarehouse en veilige koppelingen (o.a. via MCP) tussen systemen en AI-agents — vóórdat de organisatie erop gaat bouwen.

· Zorgen dat digitale en agentic oplossingen (systemen, AI-agents, tools) daadwerkelijk gebruikt worden — adoptie is net zo belangrijk als een goed voorbereide basis.

· Eigenaar van het Digital Programma management, overzicht en voortgang van alle projecten bewaken

Wat breng jij mee?

✅ Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week;

✅ Je bent communicatief sterk, flexibel en hebt een proactieve houding;

✅ Je hebt een opleiding afgerond op HBO/WO niveau, richting IT, Informatica of vergelijkbaar.

✅ Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende en 10 jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan in;

✅ Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van een IT-omgeving (infrastructuur, applicaties, security).

✅ Ervaring met het inrichten of ontsluiten van een datawarehouse en het koppelen van systemen aan AI-oplossingen (bijv. via API's of MCP) is een pré.

✅ Ervaring met informatiebeveiliging; certificering (bijv. CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) is een pré.

✅ Ervaring met vendormanagement en het aansturen van externe leveranciers.

✅ Affiniteit met digitaliseringstrajecten, bij voorkeur in de bouw, installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar MKB.

✅ Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
