RECO groeit! We hebben aan de lopende band nieuwe projecten en tevreden klanten. Het gevoel dat je dat met al je collega’s samen hebt neergezet. Dat voelt super toch? Mede hierom zoeken we een nieuwe collega in de functie van Projectleider voor de afdeling Steigerbouw.

Jouw baan als Projectleider Steigerbouw bij RECO

Als Projectleider Steigerbouw coördineer jij de steigerprojecten van RECO. Jouw belangrijkste taak is om ervoor te zorgen dat gemaakte afspraken met de klant ook daadwerkelijk worden nagekomen. Met als doel dat er een perfect resultaat wordt neergezet en iedereen samen succes viert. Een Projectleider bij RECO is verantwoordelijk voor planning, coördinatie en uitvoering van verschillende projecten, jij houdt je in ieder geval bezig met:

  • Projectplanning, denk hierbij aan de communicatie tussen advies en voorbereiding en voortgangsbewaking;
  • Coördineren en controleren van (de)montage van diverse soorten steigers;
  • Communiceren met de betrokkenen, zowel intern als extern;
  • Begeleiden van diverse eigen steigermonteurs en teams van onderaannemers op het project, bij RECO doen we het samen;
  • Toezicht houden op budgetten en begrotingen;
  • Controle op meerwerk, schades en vermissingen;
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid vinden we erg belangrijk, je bent je hier bewust van.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
  • Een zelfstandig, enthousiast en betrokken persoon. Bij RECO heerst een familiecultuur, waarbij we samenwerken erg belangrijk vinden “1 team 1 taak”;
  • Jij weet veel over bouwtekeningen en steigers, dit word ook jouw expertise binnen RECO;
  • Je hebt het liefst HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bent in het bezit van je certificaat Steigerinspecteur en VCA-VOL;
  • Het hebben van je rijbewijs B is belangrijk zodat je makkelijk van A naar B kunt reizen.
