What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify and develop employment opportunities.
  • Promote the skills and abilities of the people we support, encouraging employers to consider them for suitable vacancies.

  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and attend multi-agency meetings where required.

About you

  • Experience of multi-agency working to support progression into employment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and use management information systems.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
