Recovery Worker

Location: North Devon (onsite) Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868.31 per annum

The starting salary for this role will be £27,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting people at every stage of their recovery journey
  • Delivering harm reduction, interventions, and structured treatment
  • Encouraging engagement in recovery programmes and goal setting
  • Working closely with colleagues and partner organisations
  • Championing safeguarding, inclusion, and empowerment

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • Understanding of substance misuse and recovery
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to plan your workload and deliver high-quality support
  • Knowledge of group dynamics and facilitation
  • A team player mindset with compassion and resilience
