Als Sales Advisor zorg jij ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom voelt en met het juiste advies de deur uitgaat.

  • Je ontvangt klanten met enthousiasme, luistert naar hun wensen en brengt hun behoeften en budget in kaart.
  • Dankzij jouw kennis van het aanbod adviseer je klanten over voertuigen, financierings- en leasingmogelijkheden, accessoires en aanvullende services.
  • Je weet klanten te overtuigen tijdens een proefrit en helpt hen bij het maken van de juiste keuze.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten via prospectie en netwerken.
  • Je volgt klanten op van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke levering. Je geeft duidelijke uitleg over de wagen en zorgt ervoor dat elke aflevering een aangename ervaring wordt. Ook na de aankoop blijven klanten bij jou terechtkunnen met hun vragen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in sales binnen de automotive sector en weet klanten op een professionele en enthousiaste manier te adviseren.
  • Je hebt een passie voor auto’s en volgt de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en innovaties binnen de sector.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en sterk in het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot, straalt vertrouwen uit en weet klanten te overtuigen met jouw productkennis.
  • Je neemt initiatief, gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en denkt graag mee over commerciële acties.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met social media en weet ook online de juiste uitstraling te creëren.
  • Je bent flexibel om op zaterdag te werken, aangevuld met vier andere werkdagen. Bij uitzonderlijke evenementen ben je ook bereid om op zondag aan de slag te gaan.

Je bent gedreven, klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van mooie verkoopresultaten én tevreden klanten.
