Schadebeheerder Verzekeringen - Lochristi

Onze klant is een warm en familiaal verzekeringskantoor in Lochristi, waar persoonlijke service en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Als Schadebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van schadedossiers. Je begeleidt klanten en zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling.

Jouw taken:

  • Je beheert schadedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je behandelt schadeaangiften en beoordeelt schadegevallen.
  • Je zoekt naar passende oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch, schriftelijk en persoonlijk contact met klanten.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je neemt eventueel bijkomende administratieve taken op, afhankelijk van je interesses.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking, zelfstandigheid en klanttevredenheid centraal staan.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de verzekeringssector.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, een PCP/WD-attest of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van BRIO is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en functioneert goed in teamverband.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, discreet en stressbestendig.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een warme en collegiale werkomgeving.
