The posting

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 6pm

Salary: Up to $5000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage training administration, including course creation in HR LMS, external course registrations, payment requisitions, and staff enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track learning hours, and prepare monthly training reports and dashboards.
  • Update and maintain the course catalogue on HR LMS and company intranet.
  • Support annual learning needs analysis, training calendar planning, and programme coordination.
  • Coordinate training logistics, participant communications, registrations, billing, and engagement with external training providers.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements to training programmes.
  • Track training participation, learning platform usage, and identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation logistics, including venue arrangements, vendors, refreshments, programme content, and participant feedback.
  • Administer compliance e-learning programmes, monitor completion rates, and follow up on outstanding training requirements.
  • Manage LinkedIn Learning administration and resolve staff-related learning platform issues.
  • Process training grant applications and claims, including SkillsFuture funding, and maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Monitor training budgets, grant utilisation, and administer education sponsorships, including approvals and progress tracking.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives, including tracking participant progress.
  • Utilise generative AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline training administration, reporting, and routine processes.
  • Explore AI automation opportunities while ensuring responsible handling of employee and training data.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in training administration, learning and development or HR operations (at least 4 years for Senior Executive)
  • Hands-on experience with an HR information system or learning management system (e.g. Workday)
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
  • Good understanding of end-to-end learning and development administration processes
  • Familiarity with SWDA (SkillsFuture) and other training grant schemes, and with competency frameworks such as the Skills Framework
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT, and applying them to everyday work
