MyCase covers the entire client lifecycle with Lead Management, Case Management, Billing and Invoicing, and robust Reporting. Job Description

Recruiting at most fast growing companies isn’t easy and at MyCase we care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome. In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to become a founding member of our Recruiting team. You’ll be empowered to build interview processes, design and implement recruiting programs and make strategic investments to create positive experiences for MyCase candidates and hiring teams. What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering, Product and Design teams; you'll devise top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches and run point on offers and closing candidates.
  • Partner with the MyCase’s leadership team on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interviewing best practices, and effective recruiting processes to ensure we have a continuously growing team.
  • Design and implement recruiting programs for your teams that enhance our recruiting efforts: drive referrals, elevate interview training, and market MyCase in the talent market as an employer of choice.
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
  • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported and informed.
  • Provide direction and support to the recruiting team that works alongside you — we all work together to make magic!
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Researcher: Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors. Familiarity with the technology market and landscape.
  • Customer Focused: Customer-first mindset – highly responsive to customer needs (internal and external).
  • Influencer: Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Agile: Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically Savvy: Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.
  • You are a Recruiter!: MyCase hires company builders and, in this role, you will be asked to be on the constant lookout for the best talent to bring onboard to help us continue building.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in a growing SaaS company
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
  • Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
  • Ability to think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering with a University Talent Program
