About the Role

This is not a traditional recruitment role.

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant who is passionate about helping organizations make exceptional hiring decisions.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across mid-management, senior leadership, and executive-level mandates throughout the GCC and wider Middle East while acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, solving complex hiring challenges, building long-term relationships, and continuously improving through technology, AI, and international recruitment best practices.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, receiving continuous coaching while enjoying significant autonomy and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Represent RecruitMe Plus professionally throughout every client interaction.
  • Lead mandate intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the client's business, culture, organizational structure, and hiring objectives.
  • Challenge hiring assumptions professionally when appropriate and advise clients on recruitment strategy, market conditions, compensation, talent availability, and realistic expectations.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Delivery

Manage the complete recruitment process from mandate intake through successful onboarding, including:

  • Developing Success Profiles for every assignment.
  • Designing recruitment and sourcing strategies.
  • Market mapping and talent identification.
  • Active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Confidential candidate outreach.
  • Candidate screening and competency-based interviewing.
  • Candidate assessment and evaluation.
  • Shortlisting and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews.
  • Collecting and communicating structured feedback.
  • Managing offer negotiations.
  • Supporting candidates through onboarding.
  • Conducting post-placement follow-ups.

Candidate Experience

  • Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates.
  • Provide transparent communication throughout every stage of the process.
  • Coach candidates throughout interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent both the client and RecruitMe Plus with professionalism and integrity.

Talent Intelligence & Market Research

  • Conduct talent mapping across industries and functions.
  • Research target companies and competitor organizations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary movements, hiring activity, and talent availability across the GCC and wider Middle East.
  • Continuously strengthen knowledge of the industries served by RecruitMe Plus.

AI & Technology

Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and recruitment quality by:

  • Enhancing sourcing strategies.
  • Supporting research.
  • Creating high-quality candidate outreach.
  • Improving assessment preparation.
  • Producing market insights.
  • Increasing operational efficiency while maintaining a highly human recruitment experience.

Internal Contribution

  • Contribute ideas to improve RecruitMe Plus methodologies, templates, and processes.
  • Share market intelligence and recruitment insights with the team.
  • Participate actively during weekly team meetings.
  • Document learnings and continuously improve internal knowledge.
  • Support business development initiatives when required by identifying recruitment opportunities within existing client relationships.

Success Measures

Success in this role will not be measured solely by placements.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for the UAE and/or GCC markets.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Experience conducting client intake meetings.
  • Experience handling offer negotiations.
  • Experience managing both client and candidate relationships.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leveraging AI tools compliantly
