Over onze klant: Een middelgroot accountantskantoor dat bewust kiest voor persoonlijke dienstverlening in Turnhout zoekt een Senior Dossierbeheerder om een eigen klantenportefeuille te beheren. De focus ligt op zelfstandigen, eenmanszaken en KMO's. Men werkt er gestructureerd, met moderne software en een duidelijke taakverdeling, zodat jij je kan focussen op wat je goed doet: correcte dossiers en een tevreden klant.

Functieomschrijving

De functie: Je neemt een senior rol op binnen het team: je beheert een eigen, ruime portefeuille en coacht junior en medior collega's. Klanten zien jou als hun financieel aanspreekpunt, ook voor vragen die verder gaan dan de pure boekhouding.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Zelfstandigen en eenmanszaken: Je begeleidt zelfstandigen in hoofd- en bijberoep, van boekhouding en btw tot sociale bijdragen en de aangifte personenbelasting.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten, fiscalisten en externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat, de bank of de notaris.
  • Coaching: Je begeleidt junior en medior collega's, reviewt hun voorbereidend werk en geeft gerichte feedback, zodat het hele team mee groeit.
  • Fiscale opvolging: Je volgt de evoluties in fiscaliteit en jaarrekeningenrecht op en vertaalt ze naar concrete aandachtspunten voor je dossiers en je collega's.
  • Probleemdossiers: Je spoort knelpunten in dossiers op en werkt oplossingen uit, in overleg met de vennoten of de fiscalisten van het kantoor.
  • Klantbesprekingen: Je voert zelf de tussentijdse en eindbesprekingen met je klanten en licht de cijfers helder toe.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma bedrijfsmanagement, afstudeerrichting accountancy-fiscaliteit, of een gelijkwaardig profiel door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in dossierbeheer binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en jaarrekeningenrecht.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt de ITAA-beroepstitel of zit in het traject ernaartoe; het kantoor begeleidt je daarin.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexere dossiers, zoals grotere vennootschappen of vennootschappen met personeel.
  • Je bent een sterke teamspeler die kennis graag deelt met collega's.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met je klanten.
