Over de opdrachtgever: Een hecht accountantskantoor met een tiental collega's, sterk verankerd in Asse, zoekt een Senior Dossierbeheerder. Het kantoor begeleidt KMO's in volle groei en wil die klanten niet enkel correcte cijfers, maar ook goed advies bieden. Daarom zoekt men iemand met ervaring, die zelfstandig werkt en het overzicht houdt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: Je beheert een portefeuille met een hoger complexiteitsniveau en hebt de ervaring om fiscale aandachtspunten snel te herkennen. Je bent een sparringpartner voor je klanten en een stabiele kracht in het team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Groeibegeleiding: Je ondersteunt groeiende ondernemingen met tussentijdse cijfers en simulaties, zodat de zaakvoerder op tijd kan bijsturen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten, fiscalisten en externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat, de bank of de notaris.
  • Advies: Je adviseert ondernemers over hun structuur, hun fiscale positie, de optimale bezoldiging en investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Cijfers voor beslissingen: Je bereidt cijfers voor bij investeringen of een kredietaanvraag en bent een klankbord voor de klant in dat traject.
  • Klantbesprekingen: Je voert zelf de tussentijdse en eindbesprekingen met je klanten en licht de cijfers helder toe.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma bedrijfsmanagement, afstudeerrichting accountancy-fiscaliteit, of een gelijkwaardig profiel door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over 5 jaar of meer ervaring in een accountancykantoor en beheert vandaag al zelfstandig dossiers.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Adsolut en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je coacht graag minder ervaren collega's en geeft opbouwende feedback.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexere dossiers, zoals grotere vennootschappen of vennootschappen met personeel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; Frans of Engels is een plus.
  • Je bent een sterke teamspeler die kennis graag deelt met collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
