Over het bedrijf: Werk je graag met een vaste portefeuille en een directe lijn naar de klant? Dan is deze functie in Roeselare iets voor jou. Voor een modern, volledig digitaal werkend boekhoudkantoor zoeken wij een Senior Dossierbeheerder Accountancy die KMO's in volle groei opvolgt en mee het gezicht van het kantoor wordt.

Jobomschrijving

De functie: In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers, van de lopende boekhouding tot de jaarafsluiting, de fiscale aangiftes en het adviesgesprek met de klant. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerders en denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Cijfers voor beslissingen: Je bereidt cijfers voor bij investeringen of een kredietaanvraag en bent een klankbord voor de klant in dat traject.
  • Automatisatie: Je denkt mee over het verder automatiseren van dossiers en test nieuwe tools en software voordat ze kantoorbreed uitgerold worden.
  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Coaching: Je begeleidt junior en medior collega's, reviewt hun voorbereidend werk en geeft gerichte feedback, zodat het hele team mee groeit.
  • Probleemdossiers: Je spoort knelpunten in dossiers op en werkt oplossingen uit, in overleg met de vennoten of de fiscalisten van het kantoor.
  • Advies: Je adviseert ondernemers over hun structuur, hun fiscale positie, de optimale bezoldiging en investeringsbeslissingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in accountancy-fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bouwde minstens 5 jaar ervaring op in een accountancykantoor en kent het volledige traject van boeking tot jaarafsluiting.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Yuki en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexere dossiers, zoals grotere vennootschappen of vennootschappen met personeel.
  • Je voert zelfstandig klantgesprekken en voelt je zeker tegenover zaakvoerders.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
  • Je bent een sterke teamspeler die kennis graag deelt met collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
