Over het kantoor: Ben je een ervaren cijferaar en wil je in Gent aan de slag bij een dynamische accountancy- en adviespraktijk die de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid is? Voor dit kantoor zoeken wij een Senior Dossierbeheerder Accountancy. De klanten zijn vooral KMO's en zelfstandigen, en die verwachten een aanspreekpunt dat zijn vak kent. Het team is goed op elkaar ingespeeld en kijkt uit naar een collega die mee de kwaliteit bewaakt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: Je beheert een portefeuille met een hoger complexiteitsniveau en hebt de ervaring om fiscale aandachtspunten snel te herkennen. Je bent een sparringpartner voor je klanten en een stabiele kracht in het team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Klantbesprekingen: Je voert zelf de tussentijdse en eindbesprekingen met je klanten en licht de cijfers helder toe.
  • KMO-dossiers: Je volgt KMO's van A tot Z op en bent voor de zaakvoerder het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met cijfers en fiscaliteit te maken heeft.
  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Probleemdossiers: Je spoort knelpunten in dossiers op en werkt oplossingen uit, in overleg met de vennoten of de fiscalisten van het kantoor.
  • Automatisatie: Je denkt mee over het verder automatiseren van dossiers en test nieuwe tools en software voordat ze kantoorbreed uitgerold worden.
  • Gevarieerde dossiers: Geen twee dossiers zijn hetzelfde: van een zelfstandige in bijberoep tot een KMO met personeel, je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende soorten klanten.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in accountancy-fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over 5 jaar of meer ervaring in een accountancykantoor en beheert vandaag al zelfstandig dossiers.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoud- en fiscale software. Ervaring met Yuki en Silverfin, waar het kantoor mee werkt, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je voert zelfstandig klantgesprekken en voelt je zeker tegenover zaakvoerders.
  • Je hebt de ITAA-beroepstitel of zit in het traject ernaartoe; het kantoor begeleidt je daarin.
  • Je bent een sterke teamspeler die kennis graag deelt met collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van cijfers die kloppen.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
