Over onze klant: Voor onze klant, een erkend kantoor van boekhouders-fiscalisten met een sterke lokale reputatie in regio Herentals, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder Accountancy. Het kantoor bedient zelfstandigen, eenmanszaken en KMO's en heeft door de jaren een stevige reputatie opgebouwd dankzij betrouwbaarheid en korte lijnen met de klant. Door de aanhoudende groei is er plaats voor een ervaren kracht die een eigen portefeuille opneemt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat houdt de job in: Je neemt een senior rol op binnen het team: je beheert een eigen, ruime portefeuille en coacht junior en medior collega's. Klanten zien jou als hun financieel aanspreekpunt, ook voor vragen die verder gaan dan de pure boekhouding.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eigen portefeuille: Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen met echte eindverantwoordelijkheid, inclusief planning en deadlines.
  • Probleemdossiers: Je spoort knelpunten in dossiers op en werkt oplossingen uit, in overleg met de vennoten of de fiscalisten van het kantoor.
  • Overstap naar vennootschap: Je denkt mee met klanten die de overstap van eenmanszaak naar vennootschap overwegen en brengt de impact helder in kaart.
  • Automatisatie: Je denkt mee over het verder automatiseren van dossiers en test nieuwe tools en software voordat ze kantoorbreed uitgerold worden.
  • Coaching: Je begeleidt junior en medior collega's, reviewt hun voorbereidend werk en geeft gerichte feedback, zodat het hele team mee groeit.
  • Review en fiattering: Je kijkt jaarrekeningen, aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting na en legt ze ter fiattering voor aan de vennoot of teammanager.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten, fiscalisten en externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat, de bank of de notaris.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit; een master of bijkomende fiscale opleiding is een plus.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar of meer ervaring als dossierbeheerder, waarvan een groot deel in het zelfstandig opvolgen van een eigen portefeuille.
  • Je kent personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, btw en het jaarrekeningenrecht door en door.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk. Kennis van Adsolut en Silverfin is een plus, want daar werkt het kantoor dagelijks mee.
  • Je voert zelfstandig klantgesprekken en voelt je zeker tegenover zaakvoerders.
  • Je coacht graag minder ervaren collega's en geeft opbouwende feedback.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt proactief mee met je klanten.
  • Je werkt punctueel en planmatig en houdt het overzicht over je deadlines.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in de drukke periodes rond de aangiftes.
