Como DPM (Distribution Partner Manager), você terá como desafio realizar o atendimento do distribuidor exclusivo com foco no atingimento de resultados mensurados por objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos. Descrição da vaga

DESCRITIVO DA VAGA:

Garantir a execução das rotinas e processos comerciais da equipe terceirizada de vendas no canal do Pequeno Varejo (Downtrade);

Participar de reuniões matinas, vespertinas com time e parceiro comercial Ambev fortalecendo o relacionamento, acompanhando os resultados e plano de ação;

Orientar e engajar as equipes terceirizadas de campo, promovendo treinamentos, reconhecimento, boas práticas;

Acompanhar a produtividade da equipe, efetividade das visitas, conversão de pedidos, roteirização e atualização da base de PDVs;

Monitorar os principais KPIs de volume, cobertura, distribuição, execução no PDV e participação de mercado, identificando oportunidades e implementando planos de ação para atingimento das metas;

Realizar rotas frequentes com a equipe de vendas, acompanhando a execução no PDV, identificando oportunidades e garantindo a aplicação das diretrizes comerciais;

Assegurar execução com excelência no ponto de venda, com foco em: abastecimento, mix de SKUs, preços, materiais de merchandising/visibilidade;

Gerenciar programas de mercado e negociação em clientes estratégicos (Plano VIP), garantindo a implementação e o acompanhamento de planos de ação e investimentos comerciais.

Qualificações

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Marketing e/ou áreas correlatas;
  • Imprescindível possuir CNH tipo B ativa e válida;
  • Experiência com tomadas de decisão baseada em análise de dados;
  • Experiência anterior área comercial e/ou trade marketing, preferencialmente em empresas de bens de consumo;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office (Principalmente Excel e Power Point);
  • Disponibilidade para residir na cidade de Campinas.
