Do našeho týmu Red Bull hledáme Team Assistant, který/á bude podporovat týmy Marketing, Off Premise a On Premise. Čeká tě pestrá role, ve které se potká organizace meetingů a návštěv, příprava prezentací i každodenní podpora týmů.

Budeš úzce spolupracovat s vedoucími jednotlivých oddělení a zároveň s týmem asistentek, který zajišťuje hladký chod kanceláře. Hledáme spolehlivého a proaktivního člověka, který má rád dobře odvedenou práci, umí si určit priority a dotahuje věci do konce.

Popis nabídky práce

Organizace meetingů a návštěv

  • Organizace interních meetingů, workshopů, partnerských dnů a teambuidingů.
  • Koordinace návštěv kolegů z centrály a externích partnerů včetně bookingu hotelů, meetingových místností, zajišťování cateringu a dalších potřebných detailů.
  • Podpora při organizaci market visits a dalších aktivit mimo kancelář.
  • Zajištění vstupenek a související organizační agendy.

Podpora týmů

  • Každodenní administrativní a organizační podpora Marketing, Off Premise a On Premise týmů.
  • Koordinace termínů, podkladů a deadlinů.
  • Podpora při přípravě business plánů, workshopů a týmových meetingů.
  • Spolupráce s kolegy napříč odděleními a pomoc s koordinací společných aktivit.

Prezentace a správa dokumentů

  • Příprava a finalizace prezentací včetně kontroly obsahu a detailů.
  • Spolupráce s grafičkou a koordinace zadání a úprav prezentací.
  • Správa týmových složek na OneDrive/Bulldrive a udržování přehledného systému ukládání dokumentů.
  • Hledání způsobů, jak zjednodušit a zlepšit organizaci týmových materiálů.

Kvalifikace

  • Máš alespoň 2 roky zkušeností na obdobné pozici, například jako Team Assistant, Executive Assistant nebo Office Assistant, koordinátor/ka eventů nebo třeba z organizace svateb a jiných akcí.
  • Domluvíš se anglicky a nevadí ti komunikace se zahraničními kolegy.
  • Jsi organizačně zdatný/á, umíš plánovat a hlídat si termíny i detaily.
  • Jsi komunikativní, proaktivní a umíš spolupracovat s různými lidmi.
  • Zvládáš práci pod stresem a dokážeš si určit priority, když se sejde více úkolů najednou.
  • Jsi samostatný/á, spolehlivý/á a svěřené úkoly dotahuješ do konce.
  • Máš cit pro detail, záleží ti na tom, aby vše dávalo smysl a bylo dotažené.
  • Jsi flexibilní a otevřený/á změnám, umíš se přizpůsobit dynamickému prostředí, ve kterém se priority mohou měnit.
  • Ovládáš běžné kancelářské nástroje a nevadí ti práce s digitálními systémy a dokumenty.
  • Máš řidičský průkaz skupiny B.
