Wat houdt jouw rol als Technisch Commercieel Bediende in? Als Technisch Commercieel Bediende werk je nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en de boekhoudkundig bediende.

  • Je focust je vooral op de aankoop van wisselstukken en onderdelen: Aankopen wisselstukken om deels in stock te nemen, maar ook te verkopen Opvragen offertes bij bestaande leveranciers, maar ook kijken waar goedkoper kan worden aangekocht Aanmaken nieuwe artikelnummers Verkoopprijzen berekenen, offertes opmaken, uitsturen en opvolgen
  • Daarnaast sta je de klanten (B2B) ook te woord bij pannes: Inplannen technieker Klaarleggen wisselstukken
  • Verder volg je de stock op, controleer je de inkomende goederen & de bijhorende facturen
  • Ook neem je er een stukje marketing bij en onderhoud je website, LinkedIn pagina, ...

Wat verwachten we van jou als Technisch Commercieel Bediende?

  • Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan een eerste relevante werkervaring voorleggen: Aankoop, commerciële binnendienst, ... Basis boekhouden Ontvangst, controle en verzending goederen Voorraadbeheer Transport plannen
  • Je hebt affiniteit of toch zeker interesse in het technische
  • Je bent commercieel, klantgericht & assertief
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands: zeer goed Frans & Engels: goede basis
  • Je bent computervaardig (kennis Excel en SAP)
  • Je bent een zelfstandige werker, houdt van hands-on werken en weet de nodige prioriteiten te leggen
