The posting

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

TPG sells a wide set of media tactics to a small set of high-value partners, and today the price of any given tactic is set more by history and negotiation than by what the tactic actually delivers. This role fixes that. You will own the pricing & yield system for TPG Media: what every tactic is worth, what range a seller can work within, what a given partner and situation justifies, what margin the business needs to clear on the way through, monitoring how tactics are pacing to delivery, and understanding the full scope of our inventory. You will also build the reporting that makes all of it provable, so pricing decisions are defended with data instead of precedent.

This is a high-leverage seat for someone who wants their analysis to change what the company charges, not sit in a deck. You will work daily with sales, partner analytics, finance and the solutions team, and your outputs go straight into live partner negotiations.

You are the analytical force behind pricing. Director of FP&A will underwrite your recommendations and help influence internal stakeholders: how to frame a recommendation so it lands, how to bring a seller along instead of blocking them, and how to hold a position in a room of senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pricing: set and maintain pricing for every media tactic and every partner, own a defined price range for each tactic, work with sales teams to scope discounting, and keep pricing aligned to TPG’s broader strategy.
  • Performance: track performance across tactics to feed into the pricing work of what each tactic is actually worth, track the true costs of each tactic, and run. industry/competitive pricing analyses to understand how we compare with other publishers.
  • Forecasting: maintain the media revenue forecast, keep pipeline tracking honest, and help teams with data hygiene in Boostr.
  • Reporting: stand up reporting so we are able to see performance by campaign, solution, and partner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing RevOps, Pricing, or Yield
  • Strong quantitative modeling skills. You are fast and accurate in spreadsheets, and you can build a forecast or pricing model someone else can follow and maintain.
  • Experience forecasting revenue off a sales pipeline, and the discipline to hold deal-stage data to a standard when the people entering it are busy closing.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales and analytics teams and be a strong voice in the room.
  • Comfort with SQL and BI tools.

Compensation:

New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $125,000 - $145,000 per year

This role is eligible for a target bonus, which is included in the Total Cash Compensation Range. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy. Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
