We’re assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption team members are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts, and we are looking for our next team member to help us innovate and scale across our SMB business.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end SMB product adoption motion, from identifying high-potential account / agency opportunities to building scaled programs and shaping vertical strategy. You will inherit an established operational foundation and help evolve the role into a more proactive, sales-focused motion that drives greater visibility, adoption, and revenue impact across the SMB segment. Your close partners will include Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and other Product Adoption team members.

You will help define which products and solutions matter most for SMB, build the reporting and insight cadence that gives SMB a stronger voice, and create the training, programs, and partner motions needed to drive adoption at scale. You will also play a key role in surfacing actionable market feedback to inform go-to-market and product direction.

This role is required to be based in New York or Chicago.

Why Join Reddit’s Product Adoption Team?

  • Innovative environment: Be part of a high-impact team helping shape how Reddit scales product adoption across one of its most important growth segments.
  • Career growth: This is an opportunity to step into a strategic role with visibility across Sales, PMM, Product, and Strategy & Ops, while helping define how SMB product adoption evolves at Reddit.
  • Collaborative culture: Join a thoughtful, highly cross-functional team that values smart ideas, strong execution, and shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive SMB growth by identifying high-potential account opportunities and partnering with Sales teams to increase adoption of Reddit’s priority performance ad solutions.
  • Build scaled programs that drive adoption across a large SMB advertiser base without requiring 1:1 account support, including onboarding, reactivation, and milestone-based outreach programs.
  • Support SMB Sales teams based in the US and EMEA timezones.
  • Own product adoption support for eCommerce partners, Shopify and WooCommerce, and identify activation, incentive, and training opportunities that improve partner-led adoption.
  • Own the vertical strategy for SMB by defining priority product solutions, shaping goals, and developing clear points of view on where Reddit should focus to drive impact with SMB.
  • Establish and maintain a proactive reporting cadence for SMB across program metrics, revenue pacing, product adoption, and vertical performance
  • Where relevant, build adoption plans for top-opportunity SMB verticals/agencies/advertisers, supporting sellers with coaching, objection handling, and strategic product guidance.
  • Synthesize field feedback, advertiser insights, and performance signals into clear recommendations for Sales, PMM, and Product partners.
  • Act as a strong internal advocate for the SMB business, ensuring SMB advertiser needs, blockers, and opportunities are represented in cross-functional product and go-to-market discussions.
  • Design and deliver vertical-specific training, sales enablement, and host office hours to help teams position and activate Reddit’s lower-funnel solutions.
  • Support SMB advertiser council programming in partnership with PMM, helping surface product blockers, strong-potential accounts, and actionable insights that can influence roadmap decisions.
  • Measure and communicate program effectiveness, including adoption, activation, engagement, and revenue impact, and identify where additional intervention is needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, product adoption, sales strategy, ads go-to-market, revenue operations, or related fields
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Enablement, and Operations teams
  • Experience using data and market feedback to shape strategy, influence priorities, and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable programs and processes for large customer segments rather than relying solely on one-to-one account support
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising and product adoption motions within a digital ads environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SMB or scaled advertiser segments
  • Experience with eCommerce or partner-led growth motions, ideally including platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, reporting, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, sales-minded approach paired with strong operational rigor and strategic thinking

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Health benefits
  • 401k Matching
  • Workspace benefits for your home office
  • Personal & Professional development funds
  • Family Planning Support
  • Flexible Vacation (please use them!) & Reddit Global Days Off
  • 4+ months paid Parental Leave
  • Paid Volunteer time off

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
