Ser o primeiro ponto de contato das famílias na unidade, oferecendo um atendimento presencial e remoto humanizado, organizado, eficiente e garantindo que cada família se sinta acolhida desde a chegada, e que os fluxos administrativos de recepção ocorram com precisão, agilidade e conformidade com os protocolos da Rede Cuidar.

Recepcionar pacientes, familiares, responsáveis e visitantes de forma cordial e acolhedora;

Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e por WhatsApp Business;

Confirmar agendamentos e orientar pacientes sobre horários e procedimentos de chegada;

Realizar check-in e check-out dos pacientes no sistema;

Registrar presenças, faltas, atrasos e cancelamentos;

Conferir documentos, carteirinhas de convênio, autorizações e guias;

Comunicar à equipe terapêutica a chegada dos pacientes;

Organizar o fluxo de entrada e saída da recepção e área de espera;

Orientar pacientes e responsáveis sobre os fluxos administrativos da unidade;

Identificar e comunicar inconsistências de cadastro, agenda ou documentação à liderança;

Registrar ocorrências, reclamações, sugestões e elogios conforme fluxo interno;

Realizar cobranças de atendimentos particulares e coparticipações, quando aplicável;

Emitir recibos e registrar pagamentos no sistema;

Manter a recepção organizada, abastecida e adequada ao atendimento de pacientes com TEA;

Controlar materiais e documentos utilizados pela recepção;

Apoiar a digitalização e organização de documentos e o recebimento de correspondências;

Cumprir protocolos de atendimento, segurança, LGPD e normas internas;

Acionar a liderança diante de situações de conflito, intercorrências ou necessidade de suporte;

Apoiar a continuidade do atendimento em situações de contingência;

Participar de treinamentos e reuniões relacionados às atividades da recepção.
