* Objetivo do trabalho: O papel do caldeireiro é fundamental para garantir a montagem e manutenção de estruturas metálicas nas instalações industriais. O profissional atuará sob supervisão, executando atividades de fabricação e instalação de peças, assegurando a conformidade com as especificações técnicas e normas de segurança. O caldeireiro contribuirá para a eficiência operacional e a qualidade dos serviços prestados, colaborando estreitamente com a equipe.

* Responsabilidades:

Desenvolve atividades de fabricações em gerais. Monta e desmonta equipamentos industriais, operam instrumentos de medição mecânica, ajusta peças mecânicas, realiza manutenções corretivas. Prepara peças para montagem de equipamento; realiza manutenções, inspeciona e testa o funcionamento de máquinas e equipamentos. Realiza a montagem de estruturas metálicas. Realiza estas atividades fazendo uso de ferramentas manuais e esmerilhadeiras. Realiza amarração de materiais, de forma manual ou com utilização de equipamentos. Realização de sinalização para equipamentos moveis. Realizam o corte, perfuração de peças, corte com oxi-corte/plasma e solda. Realiza lubrificação em gerais e distanciamentos eventualmente retoque de pinturas. Operação de plataformas elevatórias. Obedece e cumpre normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em operações de caldeiraria, incluindo corte, soldagem e montagem de estruturas metálicas.

- Habilidade em interpretar desenhos técnicos e seguir instruções de trabalho.

- Familiaridade com normas de segurança do trabalho e boas práticas em ambientes industriais.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e boa comunicação verbal.

* Qualificações educacionais: Ensino Médio completo.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em atividades de caldeiraria ou montagem industrial.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático: Familiaridade com princípios de caldeiraria, incluindo ferramentas utilizadas e técnicas de montagem e soldagem. Habilidades na execução de atividades conforme orientações técnicas e de segurança.
