Uma empresa consolidada no mercado que entrega serviços de montagens eletromecânicas, dentro do prazo, orçamento e especificações, por meio da gestão integrada dos projetos.

* Objetivo do trabalho: O Encarregado de Mecânica contribui para o sucesso das operações de montagem e manutenção industrial, trabalhando em colaboração com a equipe para garantir a execução eficiente dos projetos. Esta função é essencial para garantir a qualidade e a segurança das atividades, além de auxiliar na fidelidade aos prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos. O trabalho inclui a supervisão de processos mecânicos e a interação com diversos colaboradores para otimizar o desempenho e a qualidade dos serviços prestados.

* Responsabilidades:

Organiza e supervisiona as atividades dos trabalhadores, distribuindo, coordenando e orientando, tecnicamente, as diversas tarefas, para assegurar o desenvolvimento do processo de montagem conforme as normas internas e de qualidade da empresa nas execuções das atividades. Realiza demonstrações de execução em campo como forma de treinamento da equipe. Obedece e cumpre normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente. Utiliza os EPI´s necessários de acordo com os riscos mapeados para sua função.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em mecânica, com familiaridade suficiente para compreender e aplicar princípios e terminologias básicos.

- Habilidades de comunicação efetiva, para interagir com a equipe e relatar atividades e resultados.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com colegas para atingir objetivos comuns.

- Boa capacidade de organização e atenção aos detalhes, para garantir a qualidade e a segurança nas atividades realizadas.

* Qualificações educacionais:

- Ensino Médio completo, preferencialmente com formação técnica na área de Mecânica ou Eletromecânica.

* Experiências profissionais:

- Experiência anterior na função de encarregado de montagem e mecânica.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

- Conhecimento prático em ferramentas e equipamentos mecânicos, além de habilidades para resolução de problemas simples.

- Capacidade de seguir instruções técnicas e procedimentos operacionais.

- Familiaridade com normas de segurança no trabalho e qualidade em montagens industriais.
