Ce qui t'attend chez nous

Ton rôle Dans le cadre de nos activités claims, nous recherchons un·e Gestionnaire Claims pour rejoindre notre équipe. Tu seras en charge d’assurer une gestion autonome, rigoureuse et orientée client des dossiers sinistres liés notamment dans les domaines des assurances voyage (annulation, interruption, bagages), des assurances shopping ainsi que des assurances ski, en collaboration étroite avec les différentes parties prenantes dans le traitement des dossiers.

  • Prendre les appels et ouvrir les dossiers sinistres
  • Gérer de manière autonome et orientée client des dossiers variés (assurance voyage, shopping, ski, etc.)
  • Analyser les situations, prendre les décisions et régler les prestations conformément aux dispositions légales et contractuelles
  • Assurer la correspondance et les échanges avec les différentes parties impliquées dans le règlement d’un sinistre, notamment les assurés, le service médical, les autres assureurs et les avocats

Ce que tu apportes

* Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des sinistres annulation voyage (minimum 2 ans) * Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’allemand (minimum C1\), bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (minimum B2\), l’italien et le suisse\-allemand constituant un atout * Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et autonomie dans le travail * Aisance dans les contacts téléphoniques, esprit d’équipe, bon sens de l’organisation et dynamisme * Flexibilité, esprit d’analyse et bonne résistance au stress * Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment du Pack Office j4id10454674jm j4it1043jm j4iy26jm
