  • Revisar y dar seguimiento a las transacciones pendientes de facturar, pendientes de confirmación de entrega de productos o comprobantes de pago reportados con problemas.
  • Recepcionar las guías o la solicitud de facturación de los diferentes puntos de emisión.
  • Emitir los documentos (facturas, boletas, notas de crédito o débito), informar a SUNAT y enviar a los clientes.
  • Imprimir y compaginar las facturas de los clientes que recepcionan documentación física.
  • Elaborar el reporte de facturación, facturación de autoservicios, guías por confirmar o por facturar, informando a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Realizar la contabilización de los documentos de tiendas, de presentarse algun error, reportarlo.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las guías de venta del canal de licitaciones.
  • Coordinar el cierre de las Ordenes de Compra.
  • Elaborar e informar el cuadre de ventas de Canal Tradicional.
  • Comunicar cualquier irregularidad administrativa o incumplimiento de algún procedimiento administrativo establecido a nivel de área y de organización.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe directo.

Requisitos

  • Superior Técnico en Contabilidad, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Un (01) año de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Deseable conocimiento de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Deseable conocimiento sobre estudios contables, tributarios relacionados al Reglamento de Comprobantes de Pago.
