Funciones:

  • Definir los objetivos del área y Plan de Trabajo anual en coordinación con la Sub Gerencia.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración del Presupuesto en base al Plan de Trabajo anual.
  • Proyectar y planificar los cambios y requerimientos de equipos en la empresa, tomando en cuenta las nuevas tecnologías y desarrollos.
  • Definir y establecer controles en el uso de los equipos asignados a los usuarios.
  • Supervisar la operatividad de todos los equipos, aplicativos y demás servicios en todos los locales de la empresa.
  • Supervisar el proceso de respaldo de la información de las bases de datos y de la información importante de usuarios.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los cronogramas de implantación en todos los proyectos que emprenda el área.
  • Supervisar las tareas y labores de la empresa implementadora del proyecto en caso de terceros.
  • Verificar el uso adecuado de la infraestructura y recursos de Tecnologías de la Información por parte de los usuarios en general.
  • Verificar que todas las actividades relacionadas a los Sistemas ERP garanticen la integridad, calidad y disponibilidad de la información de toda la organización.
  • Presentar los cronogramas de trabajo para la implantación de los nuevos proyectos.
  • Apoyar a las demás áreas en todo requerimiento de información que tengan, principalmente en las de carácter Legal y/o Tributario.
  • Administrar la Base de Datos de los sistemas ERP y otros.
  • Apoyar permanentemente en la solución de problemas operativos.
  • Coordinar con los proveedores la reparación y/o cambio de aquellos equipos que presenten fallas.
  • Coordinar con los proveedores durante el desarrollo de las nuevas aplicaciones.
  • Contactar con los proveedores el suministro de nuevos servicios para optimizar la operatividad de las áreas.
  • Desarrollar estudios para determinar el grado de mecanización y/o automatización al que pueden llegar los nuevos sistemas y/o procesos.
  • Proponer mejoras y/o cambios para la reducción de costos y participar en los proyectos de otras áreas en que sea requerido para mejora de procesos.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe directo.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
  • 02 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en proyectos con SAP (indispensable).
  • Conocimiento en administración de proyectos PMI (Indispensable).
  • Certificación en PMI (Deseable).
  • Conocimiento en PL/SQL (Indispensable).
  • Estudio de Posgrado en temas relacionados a tecnologías de información (deseable).
  • Conocimiento de procesos contables, financieros y cadena de suministro (deseable).
