Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education

Build London's next leading education recruitment desk with Reed's Education division

  • Salary: £32k-£40k basic salary + uncapped bonus
  • Location: London (hybrid working available once you're up to speed)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What you'll be doing

This is a role for a recruiter who enjoys winning business, building relationships and developing a market.

You'll:

  • Develop new partnerships with schools, MATs, colleges and educational organisations across London.
  • Grow revenue through both new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality network of teaching and non-teaching professionals.
  • Deliver consultative recruitment solutions to education leaders.
  • Attend client meetings across London and position Reed as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
  • Drive your own strategy and identify opportunities across multiple education sectors.
