The posting

Nous recherchons des personnes ambitieuses, curieuses, orientées vers le client et appréciant un environnement en constante évolution.

Les tâches principales comprennent:

  • Gestion du réseau (Serveurs, commutateurs, postes de travails) ;
  • Gestion des serveurs Windows, GPO, DNS ;
  • Gestion des comptes utilisateurs et droit d'accès ;
  • Gestion de la sécurité du réseau ;
  • Gestion des comptes courriels ;
  • Gérer et maintenir les niveaux de service de l'infrastructure informatique
  • Installer, tester et mettre à jour les équipements informatiques ;
  • Offrir le soutien technique aux usagers ;
  • Comprendre, résoudre et documenter les problèmes techniques ;
  • Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients internes/externes, les fournisseurs
  • S'assurer de la sécurité et de l'intégrité du réseau, des périphériques et des logiciels ;
  • Former les usagers pour l'utilisation de la suite Google et l’utilisation des équipements
  • Documenter et mettre en place les meilleures pratiques en informatique
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications

  • DEC Gestion de réseau / DEC Technique en informatique / Bacc en informatique ou toute autre formation pertinente;
  • Doit maîtriser le niveau 3, mais peut être apporté a faire du niveau 1 et 2
  • Bonne connaissances des firewalls
  • Bonne capacité en diagnostic et en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit, Anglais fonctionnel (oral et écrit) ;
  • Deux (2) ans d'expériences pertinentes dans le domaine de la gestion de réseau (atout)
  • Être motivé par les défis ;
  • Être orienté vers le service client ;
  • Être un bon(ne) communicateur(trice) ;
  • Être autonome et débrouillard(e).
