En tant que support TI aux usagers chez notre client, vous serez un acteur interne clé en ce qui a trait à la gestion de certains de nos équipements, applications et outils de travail informatiques et au soutien technique à nos employés.

Vos principales responsabilités et ce que nous nous attendons de vous:

● Fournir aux usagers des outils de travail efficaces et performants selon les délais requis : Effectuer l’installation, les mises à jour et le dépannage des équipements informatiques, incluant le formatage, la configuration et l’installation physique (imprimantes, téléphones, IPhone, IPad, ordinateur, laptop, Pocket PC Motorola MC65, réseau sans fil, Meraki, etc.). Rechercher, effectuer des soumissions et acheter l’équipement informatique nécessaire et faire le suivi avec les fournisseurs;

● Assurer un soutien exceptionnel aux usagers internes : Traiter les requêtes par une gestion efficace des priorités, gérer les ouvertures/fermetures de comptes dans les différentes applications systèmes, proposer de nouveaux outils et applications aux utilisateurs internes, selon leurs besoins. Votre disponibilité est essentielle. Ceratec est une entreprise nationale possédant des succursales de Halifax à Calgary.

Notre candidat idéal:

● expérience pertinente en support aux usagers;

● est passionné, curieux, aime résoudre des problèmes et à la volonté de proposer des solutions pour faciliter la vie de ses usagers;

● est autonome, débrouillard, apprend vite et est un bon collaborateur.

● porte une grande attention aux détails et a un grand souci pour le service client interne;

● a de très bonnes aptitudes en communication, tant en anglais qu’en français.
