Missão da área

  • Receber e classificar requisições de compras da empresa
  • Organizar e monitorar o sistema de controle de compras
  • Efetuar cotações, negociar a aquisição dos itens necessários buscando a melhor condição comercial dentro da verba definida, dentro do prazo de entrega necessário e das especificações técnicas definidas
  • Emitir pedidos de compra, acompanhar sua aprovação e enviá-lo ao fornecedor obtendo sua confirmação
  • Estabelecer acordos/contratos de fornecimento
  • Manter registro das cotações para fins de auditoria
  • Reunir-se com a equipe de outros departamentos para definição das necessidades de compras
  • Atualizar-se nas tendências do segmento, manter relacionamento com fornecedores, negociar preços e condições de contratos de compras
  • Garantir cadastros atualizados de fornecedores e insumos com registros de entrega e pagamentos
  • Recomendar soluções e diretrizes de compras, organizar a liberação de equipamentos/insumos em desuso
  • Buscar alternativas de fornecimento a fim de minimizar custos e otimizar as entregas.
  • Acompanhar não-conformidades de fornecedores com o departamento de Qualidade, verificando causas, plano de ação e negociando custos envolvidos

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Negociar aquisição de itens segundo verba disponível, prazo e especificações técnicas definidas.
  • Emitir pedidos de compra e enviá-los aos respectivos fornecedores
  • Atuar no processo de homologação e qualificação de fornecedores
  • Buscar melhorias das condições de entrega
  • Avaliar performance desempenho de fornecedor
  • Manter atualizado cronograma de compras
  • Realizar follow-up de fornecedores e recebimentos
  • Acompanhar orçamento definido
  • Alimentar sistema Totvs

Preferencialmente usuário do ERP Totvs

Preferencialmente residente na região Oeste da capital ou Osasco

Escolaridade: Desejável graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia

Experiência na área - será considerado diferencial atuação na industria

Idioma: inglês intermediário desejável
