A empresa HBR Maquinas e Equipamentos tem sede no estado de SP e busca profissional residente próximo da região de Recife - PE, para atuar em clientes da região. Trabalho volante, com atendimento em campo.Para a posição são necessários conhecimentos de Mecânica, Eletro/Eletrônica e Refrigeração, além de experiência com compressores e chiller/torre de resfriamento.

Atividades:

Executar com autonomia atividades de manutenção, diagnóstico e otimização de sistemas de ar comprimido, assegurando alta disponibilidade e eficiência operacional, com forte atuação em elétrica industrial e automação aplicada às utilidades.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em: Compressores (parafuso isento de óleo e centrífugos); Secadores de ar (refrigeração e adsorção); Sistemas de tratamento e distribuição de ar comprimido

Diagnosticar falhas elétricas, de automação, mecânicas e de controle, utilizando análise de causa raiz; Atuar diretamente em painéis elétricos, comandos, inversores de frequência, sensores e sistemas de controle; Executar ajustes e substituições de componentes críticos (válvulas, motores, sensores, CLPs, inversores, etc.); Monitorar performance dos equipamentos com foco em eficiência energética e desempenho operacional; Atuar em sistemas de refrigeração industrial e outras utilidades (torres de resfriamento, bombas, HVAC) como diferencial; Apoiar atividades de automação, parametrização e melhorias de lógica de controle; Participar de comissionamentos e melhorias contínuas; Elaborar relatórios técnicos e manter registros atualizados; Garantir conformidade com normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente; Interagir com engenharia, operação e fornecedores; Apoiar e orientar técnicos juniores.

Requisitos (Ênfase Técnica)

Formação técnica em Elétrica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas; Sólido conhecimento em elétrica industrial e automação; Experiência comprovada em: Manutenção de sistemas de ar comprimido; Comandos elétricos, painéis industriais e interpretação de diagramas elétricos; Inversores de frequência, sensores, conhecimento em compressores de parafuso isentos de óleo e centrífugos; Experiência com secadores de ar (refrigeração e adsorção); Habilidade em diagnóstico técnico e análise de falhas

Perfil autônomo, analítico e mão na massa, com forte capacidade de tomada de decisão.

(*) Necessário experiência anterior em Assistência Técnica (trabalho volante).
