The posting

Begeleiden met aandacht, werken met empathie en scherp observeren vormen de kern van de cardiologie. Met jouw klinische blik maak je dagelijks het verschil en bied je patiënten de zorg die ze nodig hebben, zowel in stabiele als acute situaties.

Je komt te werken in een gezellig en betrokken team waar je te maken krijgt met een breed en afwisselend patiëntenaanbod. Dit varieert van chronische cardiale aandoeningen, hartfalen en coronaire hartziekten tot acute zorgvragen, acuut coronair syndroom, decompensatio cordis en hartritmestoornissen. Dit maakt je werk dynamisch en uitdagend, geen dag is hetzelfde.

Op de afdeling is een lounge (dagbehandeling) aanwezig en werk je nauw samen met het HagaZiekenhuis, waar alle chirurgische ingrepen plaatsvinden. Ook de MBU (Multidisciplinaire Beschouwende Unit) maakt deel uit van de afdeling, waar we intensief samenwerken met de geriatrie en de zorg multidisciplinair rondom de patiënt organiseren. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische en leerzame werkomgeving waarin je je continu kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om verschillende scholingen en cursussen te volgen, denk aan een cardiocursus, je ECG-kennis verdiepen via de ECG- module en deelnemen aan de BAZ-opleiding (Basis Acute Zorg).

  • Je beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (voorkeur hbo-v)
  • Je bent flexibel qua werkzaamheden en werkt alle diensten.
