Worum es hier geht

Du verantwortest bei reisenthel unsere internationalen Partner in Märkten außerhalb von DACH und Benelux, also Agenturen, Distributoren und Direktkunden. Du betreust die bestehenden Partnerschaften, baust sie aus und gewinnst aktiv neue Partner dazu. An der Planung und Eröffnung neuer Märkte bist du von Anfang an beteiligt, vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung.

Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Du findest neue internationale Partner und machst aus dem ersten Gespräch eine dauerhafte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Unsere bestehenden Partner betreust du persönlich und entwickelst die Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen weiter.
  • Neue Märkte gestaltest du mit: Du bringst deine Ideen in Konzept und Planung ein und setzt sie bis zur Markteröffnung um.
  • Kollektions-, Listungs- und Aktionsgespräche bereitest du vor und führst sie selbst.
  • Mit passenden Angeboten und Präsentationen sorgst du dafür, dass reisenthel bei deinen Partnern gut platziert ist.
  • Von der Vor- und Nachorder bis zur Auslieferung behältst du den Überblick über unsere Kollektionen.
  • Die Stammdaten deiner Partner hältst du in [System] aktuell, damit alle im Haus mit verlässlichen Daten arbeiten.
  • Aus Umsatz-, Sortiments- und Marktzahlen leitest du ab, wo es als Nächstes hingeht, und hältst die Vertriebsleitung mit Forecasts und Reportings auf dem Laufenden.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus dem internationalen Vertrieb mit, gern mit Marken aus Mode, Lifestyle oder Accessoires.
  • Mit Distributoren, Agenturen und Direktkunden hast du schon gearbeitet und weißt, wie Vertrieb in unterschiedlichen Ländern funktioniert.
  • Zahlen sind für dich ein Werkzeug: Du liest Umsatz-, Sortiments- und Marktkennzahlen sicher und leitest daraus konkrete nächste Schritte ab.
  • Wenn du bereits einen Markt oder eine Region mit aufgebaut hast, freuen wir uns besonders.
  • Du arbeitest gern selbstständig, packst mit an und bringst Themen zu Ende, auch wenn mehrere gleichzeitig laufen.
  • Auf Englisch verhandelst du sicher, intern stimmst du dich auf Deutsch ab. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.
  • Power BI und unsere Systeme musst du nicht kennen, die lernst du bei uns.
